As an important element to sustain our body and maintain life, “food” is an intriguing theme. In this contemporary world, our life is getting increasingly busy, and we are pretty much relying on ready made or machine made food. In addition, in most capitalistic societies, food processing companies are driven more by profits than caring for the health of the consumer. Since our body is made only by what we eat, we should bring our attention more to what we have as food. Working on a food theme is my way to provide a bitter criticism and warning to society, as well as it is connecting my interest of domesticity and human body. 2008
